Did you remember or realize that he was the GA-in-charge for the filming of the TESTAMENT here on Kauai? Mom and I, along with the other Bishops and wives had dinner with him at Duke's one of those evenings. That's when we got to meet the Finish brother who played the Jesus character.
He's the GA who came and spoke to our mission toward the end of my mission (both Josue and I were present! :D) It was kinda weird though.. Because he served his mission in France, then went to Brazil, then came to teach us in Honduras... So his Spanish (and his talk) was a little hard to understand... I think it traumatized me because to this day I still think of it every time and any time I see his face (Josue remembers too. lol)
lol. josue told me that very same thing! he said americans didnt like the talk cuz they had such a hard time understanding him! i thought it was funny...and i wonder if he (elder andersen) knew how difficult he was to understand. :p at least he'll be speaking in english this sunday! :D
