a simple hello

when i say hi to people i like to say their names. today i was walking up the stairs in the bookstore and i saw a guy from my major...he was a coworker of mine during the summer but we were just acquaintances. i said "hi tyrie" and kept on walking but THEN, he said "hello lynnell." i was so impressed to hear my name. :) i didnt even know he knew it.

it was simple, but it made a big difference to me!

"We must not, in trying to think about how we
can make a big difference, ignore the small daily
differences we can make which, over time, add up to
big differences that we often cannot foresee."
