the lord is good to all

i love this principle of tender mercies.

today was fast sunday; i am learning to love the law of the fast.

as i bore my testimony i felt the power of my fast.

i felt the spirit so strongly and it was a beautiful experience.

i know god is real.

i know he is a god of miracles.

i know he lives.

i know he loves us.

i know he hears and answers our prayers.

i know we can be instruments in god's hands.

i know the temple is the house of god.

i know we can feel of his love.

i know we can be in his presence.

i know that living the gospel is the way to true happiness.

i know that we can be happy.
